Luncheon

Each month, members and their guests enjoy making new business contacts, and benefiting from presentations given by influential speakers who bring their experience and knowledge to improve personal and business performance.

Networking After Hours

One of the most popular and productive networking activities takes place each month at different member business' locations.
In addition to food, music and door prizes, members learn about products and services, socialize, and establish new business relationships. The After Hours sponsor has a forum to promote their business plus showcase their facilities and operations to members and their guests.

Business Seminars

Another valuable service provided with your Hutto Area Chamber membership is access to our highly informative half-day seminars - designed to improve and strengthen your business.

Ambassadors

This high-profile group welcomes new members and spreads goodwill on behalf of the Chamber and the City of Hutto to new businesses. They meet monthly. Ambassadors act as hosts at Chamber functions plus attend the new member ribbon cuttings where the business typically provides refreshments and a tour of their facilities. Ribbon cutting photos are highlighted in the Chamber's monthly newsletter and are also sent to the Hutto News. Members may also elect to have their ribbon cutting at the Chamber offices following the monthly Ambassador meeting.

Member Orientation

Capitalizing on your Chamber membership means knowing and using all of the benefits. Each month an orientation event takes place that provides useful information about how to maximize the value of your membership. The session includes breakfast pastries plus a presentation of Chamber benefits and business-building opportunities… many of which are at no additional cost.

Golf Tournament

Members and their guests take to the links each year to enjoy a day of fun, relaxation and networking. The day's activities include lunch, golf, a splendid dinner, and prizes awarded for the competition. This event is a wonderful way for members to thank their clients and guests by sponsoring them in a foursome.

Annual Chairman's Banquet

Held in February, the beginning of a new Chamber year brings the annual banquet. It's a fun evening where members and guests enjoy the chairman's champagne reception and other festivities. The evening features dinner, entertainment, a silent auction with treasures, and the installation of our new chairperson and board members.

Business Expo & Trade Fair

The Chamber stages the Business Expo and Trade Fair. Members host display tables promoting their businesses, products and services. The public is invited to this entertaining and informative event where displays include special offers, games of chance and promotional giveaways.

Olde Tyme Days Festival

This much-anticipated annual Chamber event is held in October and attracts nearly 20,000 attendees as they experience an old-fashioned county fair with over 100 booths and fabulous entertainment for the entire family.
